Regular readers will not be surprised by this… and I still plan to try and manage most of the usual weekly prompts and challenges, although that may be foolhardy!
The second reveal is much more significant for me. I am moving to a self-hosted site, and will be completely migrating over to it over the coming weeks. My new home is http://www.alistairlanewrites.com/ – please go and check it out, and let me know what you think!
I will try and migrate all of my current followers over, but if anyone gets left behind in the move, that’s where I’ll be!

Self-hosting… Yeah, it’s all part of the plan for world domination through self -publishing and setting up my new media empire. Or something like that. Will blog about it when I’m a bit further in. Have to say, initial impressions of paid WordPress are not favourable!

Hopefully you won’t need to – I’ll try and move everyone over tomorrow. The new site doesn’t seem to let you follow it in WordPress reader but will see what I can do. If you had any idea what a techno-numpty I am it would make you laugh… It’s like an ape discovering fire!

Good luck on the transition. I tried the same last year with another blog of mine and it did not work well. They said I could move my followers but it didn’t happen so hope yours goes better. Let us know. Best wishes
