A rainbow’s a beautiful thing
Full of colour, and life, and ba-zing!
From red up to blue
With indigo too
To see one’s to make my heart sing!

Glad to have raised a smile… it’s the small pieces of joy that lubricate the day’s rough edges 🙂

Reminds me of that one time when I saw not one but two full rainbows, from one encounter with the ground to the other side. Magnificent. I even got someone out of their office to witness this beauty!
reminds me of some pictures I took too 🙂

I kind of knew you were going to say that. Maybe I should write a poem that’s complete gibberish. Should be easy to make it rhyme!

Badge it as “trying something different” and you can get away with a lot… Again, works for me! 🙂

Rainbows, but not the rain, and sunsets, but not always the (scorching) sun, give me delight. They cause short bursts of happiness, especially when written about so beautifully as you manage to do, Al!

Beautiful image, reminded me of a program I used to watch as a girl where a character used to cut rainbow ‘slices’ and eat them like cake. I wonder what program the was?

Ah, my brother likes that. I’ve never watched it. I don’t watch much TV. Gets in the way of writing and blogging!

It’s pretty funny actually, although I know what you mean about tv. I do have a few shows I try not to miss…And I have boys. So lots of sports and music
