Here’s a little romantic haiku to take you into the weekend, hopefully with a smile in your face…
love is an ocean
that unites us, not divides
sail away with me

This is the blog of a woman who is seriously on the edge and I mean right ON the edge…no, not there… just a little bit further… further than that…no, further still…just a tiny bit more… just move slightly to the right a little…no, that’s too much…just move a tad to the left…that’s right, just there…now you’ve moved too far to the left… Damn, what part of the ‘on the edge’ do you not understand? Oh, and her matricidal boy genius, come devil spawn.

Beautifully said we need more people to invite people to sail with them instead of trying to drown each other.

Absolutely. We can all offer a helping hand

Some days I’m just tired of having to offer that hand

I don’t see any sails, Al. Row away with me might be more appropriate, but you’ll need to bring your own oars and a sleeping bag (waterproof). It’ll be pretty cold up in our latitudes, but that might not be a bad thing …

Detachable sails, out of shot! (Along with thermal underwear 🙂 )

Romantic indeed. ❤ We need to keep the good things in life going with all the sadness in the world these days.

There’s always sadness in the world, but more good days than bad for most of us. It never hurts to be reminded of the simple things 🙂

Put it on the “to do” list… pick up groceries; buy new shoes for the kids; get boat 🙂

To oceans, to the mercy of the winds
To waters, too deep to see the depths
To you, into your eyes I descend
To love, the method by which I willingly drown
Ps: Epic little short, true clarity in beautiful words

I would love to! For some reason I was not seeing your posts and when I came over I had to follow again. It’s a slim possibility it was operator error on my part 😉 so sorry!

I did wonder if I’d said something to upset you! It’s easily done though… have done it myself in the past 🙂

Well, you had been on holiday too… didn’t know if you were just catching up! Just read Annette’s post on this too, so you’re not alone

I’m trying to figure out a more manageable way not to miss any posts. Seem not to catch them all in the reader… I’m sure there’s some way to cut down on all the emails, too

I manage the more prolific posters by just having daily email updates, and then I’ve got a batch more that I catch up with once a week. I rarely use the reader, as most of it is done on my phone. There’s so much “stuff” out there, it’s just a case of finding what works for you 🙂
