#1
Beneath the surface
Everyone has charms to find
To those who’re looking
#2
He lacked grace and charm,
Trading on boyish good looks,
He went a long way
#3
Challenge this viewpoint:
No such thing as a charmed life,
Claim those who are rich
#4

To win the heart of your love
Show her inside yours
What a collection No 2 made me smile (knowingly!)
And No4 – the counterbalance – like it!

I like these a lot–especially the message that if we look, we’ll find the charm of others, the sincere kind.

Loved your building story from one Haiku growing in through the next. I love each level. Charm. Good looks. Rich claiming their life is not charmed. And the best of all Love. As John Lennon & the Beatles sang: ALL,WE NEED IS LOVE! Great Haiku. Loved them All. – jk 😀
